An Ayurvedic diet is an eating policy that provides guidance for when you eat, what you eat, and how you eat to boost your health, prevent or manage disease, and maintain wellness. If you chase an Ayurvedic diet, you'll eat mainly whole or minimise processed foods and maintain mindful eating rituals like,

  • Eat only when you're hungry.
  • No eating before Sunrise or after Sunset.
  • Eat your heaviest meal when the Sun is at its peak - lunch.
  • Wash your face, hands and legs before food.
